Monday mornings I wake up with Barak. It's the least I could do considering Misty wakes up with him the rest of the week due to my unusual need for large quantities of sleep. Usually during his breakfast he watches a baby einstein thing (poetry, animals, sign language). Afterward it is dealers choice (which usually means Barak's choice). My preference is Sportscenter so I can catch up on what is happening in the sports world. However, Barak is not into the dark colors of the show. Let' just say this, on Dora the Explorer we learned all about the Chinchilla and Blue just got an email. Barak keeps his attention on these things. In fact he is currently standing in the living room holding a horse figuring out how to help Blue in his latest endeavor.
So here is my proposal:
ESPN should go to a cartoon style show. That way kids are entertained, dad's get the info they need and ESPN gets credit for bringing dad's and kids closer together in such an important area of life.
