Galatians Five

As Paul writes about not being slaves to sin he instructs us to express our faith through love. It is important to acknowledge that there is a conflict between our two natures. Though at times it may seem that the sinful nature is stronger, we must remember that the Holy Spirit comes when we are weak. This is why choosing to display and focus on the attitudes of the Spirit is vital. This will center our focus and help in our pursuit of Holiness. I like to think of it as two beasts living inside of me. The one that I feed the most will become stronger. The choice is entirely up to me.

"Dad, help me feed the beast of Your Holy Spirit."
