Psalm Twenty - Two

David's psalm here is known as the "Psalm of the Cross". His description of the death of Jesus is uncanny. Especially when you take into consideration that the crucifixion was not a form of punishment for a few more centuries. I believe it points directly toward the sovereignty of God and His ability to have a handle on all situations.
