Luke Seventeen

"Where there is a dead body, there the vulture will gather."
-----Luke 17:37

As Jesus speaks about the coming of the Kingdom of God we read a statement that parallels into many areas of our lives. Verse 37 reminds me of the influence that community will have on us.

There are two kinds of community: Constructive and Destructive. The amount of time we spend in those environments will navigate us in becoming these types of people. For example: If you stay in a destructive community long enough you will become a destructive person.

Be watchful of circling vultures in your sky. They may be warning you of what lies down the road you are traveling.

"Jesus, help me be a person that offers freedom, not bondage."
