Your heart can only hold so much emotion. Eventually it will come out of the mouth and both the world and you may be surprised by what it says. Keeping an accurate inventory of what you are holding in your heart is very important. Ridding your heart of destructive emotions is vital.
The heart is tricky, for in it we hold: love, hate, intimacy, isolation, dreams, fears, pleasure, frustration as well as a dichotomy of others emotions. The enemy knows this can be one of the easiest ways to side track us.
That is why the battle for our hearts is so fierce.
Fierce enough for Jesus to pay a ransom for it.
