Romans Nine

Romans chapter nine is a mystery to me. It's context eludes some of my understanding into my relationship with God. As I read today I am reminded of 3 things:

1. God is in control of all things. He is sovereign, just and compassionate.

2. His Word in inerrant and has life-changing power.

3. The complexity of my God is amazing.
He is not a little god. He wired the human brain and the function of the body. He sets instincts into animals as to when to hibernate, head north or south, feel the need to protect. He created a universe where all the planets and moons orbit in specific ways to counterbalance each other. All the while His desire to have relationship with me is steadfast.

Even if I do not understand all there is about my God, I will serve Him today none the less.

Jeremiah 33:3--- "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know."

"Father, help me life my eyes to You."
